6:00 am: i roll out of bed, grab my ipod, and im out of the house in under a minute doing my morning running.
this was so stupid i regret not warming up. as i was running on my fifth or so lap around the block, i heard a snap and started limping and soon i wasnt even able to walk. wonderful! i had injured my knee; it had gotten all swelled up and red. so all my weekend plans have been moved to next week so right now i have got nothing better to do then sit on the damn computer in a cast and type. oh well, life goes on...
at least this happened after i had finished work, which ended for me yesterday. i cant handle any more deductions on my pay check. ;_;
